How to create a Virtual Event
1. Here is how to create a Virtual Event.
2. Click your profile located at the upper right side of the screen, to open your menu.
3. Select My Events from the menu.
4. Click the Create New button.
5. Upload a banner image, enter event description, and set event visibility.
6. Once you complete entering the event details, click the post event button.
7. You can send event invites to community members. Use the tabs to filter and send invites.
8. Once your event is scheduled it will be posted to the Events section of the app. Where other community members can discover your event.
9. Also the event info banner will appear throughout the app where other community members can discover and register.
10. You can manage your event with the event action buttons after you schedule your event.
11. Click the guest button to manage your event guest list.
12. On the event guests screen, you can reach out to registered guests via SMS or direct message. Also export your guest list.
13. Click the replay button to get your event recordings.
14. Click the preview button to view your event recording. You will be able to save the recording via the new window.
