How to create an Off Market Post

1. Here is how to post and set alerts for Off Market listings.

2. Click the Off Market tab.

3. From the Off Market screen you can scroll all Off Market listings posted by other community members.

4. Click on tags to sort listings by tag name.

5. Click the filter button, to open filter options.

6. Enter criteria to filter listings, then click the filter button.

7. Click the Save Filter button to receive notifications of which listings you are in search of.

8. Enter criteria to filter listings, then click the filter button.

9. From the Alerts window, you can manage your In Search Of filters and choose how you would like to be notified.

10. Save multiple In Search Of filters.

11. Choose how you would like to receive notifications.

12. Have an Off Market listing you would like to post? Click the Create Post button.

13. Select your Post type.

14. On the Post details screen, select Yes, to mark your post as Off Market.

15. Enter the details about your Off Market listing. Once entered, your post will appear in the Off Market section. Details entered here are not visible.
