Create a Newsletter Using AI
1. Choose the 'Template' format to kickstart your newsletter with a professionally designed layout.
2. Describe what kind of real estate newsletter you want to create in the input box.
3. Click the submit arrow to begin building your newsletter with AI.
4. Preview your newsletter to see exactly how clients will experience your branding and listings.
5. Close the preview to return and continue customizing your newsletter.
6. Click 'LISTINGS' to test with real listing data.
7. Select a property listings for a placeholder.
8. Switch to Visual mode for an intuitive view of the Template Hierarchy.
9. Open the chat to ask Max for edits and structural changes.
10. Close Max AI Assistant when you’re ready to put the finishing touches on your newsletter.
11. Open the Components panel to add design elements like images or buttons to extend your design.
12. Add a section to insert a Section/Row/Column.
13. Adjust styles of the section.
14. Add a text block to share personalized messages or spotlight key announcements.
15. Click into your new text block to start crafting your message with custom fonts and styles.
16. Save Template to re-use and different campaigns from it.
17. It will now be added to your Templates if you need to modify in the future.
